Online Ordering
There are two methods of ordering: Invoice or Credit Card.
The Invoice method allows you to order your coffee, recieve an invoice with the
total amount of your sales, and send us a payment thru the cash, check, or money
order. Once we have recieved your payment, your coffee is then roasted and
delivered to you.
The Credit Card method allows you to pay directly online thru Visa, Master Card,
American Express, or Discover. We use SSL encryption to transfer your information
to a secure server. The credit card information is held seperate from your personal
information to prevent prevent theft. Once your order has been processed, all
credit card information is purged from our system.
Shipping
Currently we use USPS to ship all our products. You can specify either regular
or express shipping. The totals for the shipping charges are calculated
automatically based on the shipping location you provided and our roasting
facility at 604 Roanoke St., Salem, VA 24153. Currently we only ship inside the
continental US.
Returns
We base all returns on an individual basis. Please call us at (540) 444-0332 to
discuss what was wrong, how we might improve, and what can be done about your
order.
Privacy Policy
Our policy is simple. We collect information to help you and we give out nothing.
All credit card information is held seperate from your personal information for
security reasons and only long enough for processing. Your personal information
and the list of addresses that you create for the sending of gifts is for your
use only. We do not give, sell, or let anyone else have this information. We solicit
those on your list only with a simple brochure included in their gift box of
coffee.
