was our feeling and why we started our company. We want you to have the most

Coffee in cafes & stores is usually roasted at one level across the board.
The Columbian beans look the same as the Sumatra. Those who prefer darker
brews may buy "French Roast" but from what origin country? You aren't told.
We have found that the same coffee can taste wildly different when roasted
to varied levels. You'll see for yourself the variety of tastes to be discovered.
We provide ALL of our coffees at roasts from Extra Light to Extra Dark. Each of
these levels highlight specific traits found at the different roast
temperatures. In our Single Origin Blends, we mix different roasts of the same
coffee to showcase traits that can only be found in combination. Then if that
wasn't enough we provide a number of Multiple Origin Blends for yet more
enjoyment. Can you discover your favorite cup?
